Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university .
Minimum 5 + years experience in design of Right of Way and Site Plans for residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities.
PE License.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
